We offer a 30-day free return policy on all non-prescription frames. Items must be returned in their original condition with packaging.
Prescription Glasses
If your prescription lenses were made incorrectly due to our error, we’ll remake them at no charge. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return
Log into My Account, select your order, and choose ‘Request Return’. A prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you.
